Shipping policy

General shipping information

All orders are shipped as an insured parcel from Austria.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:30 a.m. (Central European Time) will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 11.30 am (Central European Time) will be shipped the following working day. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for unexpected delays and delivery problems on the part of the carrier.

Orders cannot usually be canceled after they have been confirmed via our website. If a package cannot be delivered, the customer must pay for the proper return and the original shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for orders that are deemed delivered or where delivery attempts have been made in vain. Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or parcel store is currently not possible.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation by email, which will also contain your tracking number. Shipping costs & delivery time

The shipping costs for our insured shipping vary depending on which country we deliver to. Within the European Union the shipping time is 3-5 days.

Customs duties & taxes

For orders to the European Union, Switzerland, UK, USA, South Korea, South Africa, Canada and Australia, we cover the customs costs and taxes, i.e. there are no additional charges.

Other international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country. These potential additional charges are not covered or refunded by MANUAHI. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
